A Potts Point roastery’s online store, made easier to shop.

Gypsy Espresso roasts its own coffee in Potts Point and sells it by the bag, on subscription and to other businesses. Its Shopify store had a long menu, and shipping wasn’t explained on the page, while the team was busy running a café. I was brought in to keep the store running alongside the café, and make it easier to shop.

I sorted every product into collections that make sense to a coffee drinker, shortened the menu, explained shipping on the page, and kept up regular updates and fixes after launch.

A simpler store for retail, subscription and wholesale customers, which the team can keep current between services.

Weekly social for a Darlinghurst venue with a lot going on.

Kinselas fits a bistro, bars, functions and an events programme that changes every week into one Darlinghurst venue. Each part needed its own share of attention on social, not just the big nights. I was brought in to run the venue’s social media, week to week.

I planned each week’s posts around what was actually on, made the copy and artwork, scheduled everything ahead of time, and reported on how it performed.

The bistro and functions get seen alongside the big nights, and weekly reports show the team what’s working.

A website that feels like the Collingwood shop behind it.

Pan After sells craft, homewares and objects from its Collingwood store. Online, the mixed range was hard to browse and didn’t feel like walking into the shop. I was brought in to rework the website and its voice so it feels like the shop, with a range that’s easy to browse.

I restructured the collections, rewrote the product pages in the shop’s own voice, moved new arrivals to the front, and supported the launch with updates afterwards.

A website that feels like the shop behind it, where regulars can see what’s arrived without digging.
